Words - like graphics and color schemes - are design. I created the fictitious luxury spa brand, Zen Spa, to illustrate this concept. My initial design illustrates what happens when tone, language, or target demo research isn’t prioritized during the design process. This re-design project prioritizes user language from the perspective of the spa loyalist seeking a zen experience.

Telecom Error Messaging Redesign

During a recent move, my family switched cable providers. Verifying our account proved to be an unnecessary catastrophe. The user flow for the mobile app was not user-friendly and very uninformative for clients new to the company. I used this scenario as an opportunity to create a redesign project that prioritizes the user. No matter the task, users should always be guided by effective UX writing.
